경산소방서 직장협의회는 근무환경 개선과 업무능률 향상, 고충사항 해결, 소방발전 등 협의를 통해 소방공무원의 목소리를 전달하는 창구로 운영되며, 예방안전과 최성도 예방총괄담당이 초대회장으로 선출됐으며, 임원 9명을 비롯하여 총 216명의 직원이 가입해 공식적으로 활동하게 된다.

직장협의회 대표를 맡은 최성도 예방총괄담당은 “동료 직원들과의 소통과 협력을 통해 소방조직 발전은 물론 소방서비스 향상을 위해서 적극 노력하겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

조유현 경산소방서장은 “직장협의회가 직원들의 복리증진을 위한 좋은 통로가 되어 주길 바란다”고 말했다.
