【브레이크뉴스 경북 】이성현 기자= 경상북도의회 농수산위원회(위원장 남진복)는 9일 진행된 축산기술연구소와 (재)환동해산업연구원에 대한 행정사무감사에서 지역 주민들을 위한 일자리 창출 방안 등에 대해 구체적으로 질의했다.

정근수 위원(구미6)은 가축유전자원분산센터 설립 추진과정을 질의하면서 센터 완공후 지역주민들을 위한 일자리 창출방안 강구하라고 제안했다. 박현국 위원(봉화)은 축산기술연구소의 등록된 산업재산권 44건 중 실용신안은 1건에 불과하다한 것을 지적하며, 많은 산업재산권이 미사용 상태이거나 사용검토 수준에 머물러 있는 관리 부실을 질타했다.

임무석 위원(영주2)은 안동, 영주 등지의 송아지들이 타지역에 팔려가 해당지역의 한우로 포장되고 있는 현실을 질타하면서 경북한우의 브랜드화를 강조했다. 인력구성에 대한 문제점도 지적됐다. 남진복 위원장(울릉)은 축산기술연구소의 설립 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 연구 인력의 확충이 필요하다고 강조했다.또, 신효광 부위원장(청송)은 가축유전자원분산센터 설립 사업과 관련해 국비확보 노력을 주문했다.
