【브레이크뉴스 경북 경주】이성현 기자=한국수력원자력(주) 월성원자력본부(본부장 노기경)는 지난 12일 주변지역의 어려운 이웃들을 위해 연탄전달 봉사활동을 시행했다고 13일 밝혔다.

이날 행사에는 노기경 본부장을 포함한 월성본부 30여명 직원들이 대상 가정을 방문해 200장의 연탄을 전달하며 지역 주민들에게 훈훈한 사랑의 마음을 전했다.

한편 월성본부는 직원들이 자발적으로 후원하는 러브펀드 기금을 활용해 주변지역 어려운 이웃들의 따뜻한 겨울을 위해 매년 난방용 등유와 연탄을 지원하고 있다.

노기경 본부장은 “월성본부는 앞으로도 다양한 봉사활동을 통해 지역사회에 따뜻한 온기가 잘 전달될 수 있도록 노력하겠다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.
