이날 투자양해각서 체결로 국내기업 나눔제약(주)은 한방사업 확장을 위해 싱가포르 SC INNOVATION 사로부터 112만 달러를 유치해 영천첨단부품소재산업지구 11,147㎡에 150억 원 규모의 의약품 한약재 등 약품추출을 위한 시설 건립에 투자한다.

성장유망 기업인 나눔제약(주)의 이번 투자로 고용은 기존 17명에서 57명까지 단계적으로 늘려 40명의 신규 고용을 창출할 계획이며, 영천 한방산업 정책 시너지 효과 등 매출 증대와 사업 확장을 통한 지역경제 활성화가 기대된다.

특히 금번 투자지역은 영천첨단부품소재산업지구(경제자유구역)의 마지막 남은 외투유보용지로 대구경북경제자유구역청은 외투기업을 100% 유치하는 성과를 달성했다.
