【브레이크뉴스 포항】오주호 기자=(사)대한한돈협회 포항지부는 18일 관내 무료급식소 및 사회복지시설에 전달해 달라며 한돈 400kg(300만원 상당)을 포항시에 기탁했다.
추교종 지부장은 “코로나19의 여파로 한돈농가 역시 어려움을 겪고 있지만, 우리보다 더 힘든 시기를 보내고 있을 취약계층을 위해 회원들의 정성을 모아 돼지고기를 준비했다”고 말했다.
도성현 포항시 복지국장은 “모두가 어려운 시기에 나눔을 함께 해주셔서 감사드린다”며 “한돈협회의 따뜻한 나눔의 손길이 꼭 필요한 곳에 잘 전달될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 (사)대한한돈협회 포항지부는 사회복지시설 및 소외계층을 위해 매년 명절을 비롯해 수시로 한돈 나눔을 실천하고 있다.
