【브레이크뉴스 포항】오주호 기자=포항북부소방서 두호남성의용소방대(대장 조종복)는 최근 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 재확산 방지를 위해 지역 곳곳을 찾아 집중 방역활동을 펼치고 있다.

두호의용소방대는 회원 25명이 3개 조로 나눠 매주 3회에 걸쳐 관내 다중시설 및 공공시설, 두호시장, 마장지 공원, 상가, 도로변을 중심으로 집중 방역작업을 실시하고 있다.

또한 주민들을 대상으로 올바른 마스크 착용, 손세정제 사용방법, 방역지침 준수 사항 등 감염예방수칙을 홍보하고 있다.

두호의용소방대 조종복 대장은 “최근 코로나19의 재확산으로 시민들의 일상마저 위협받고 있어 작은 힘이나마 주민들의 건강을 지키고 지역사회 도움이 되었음 하는 마음으로 실시하게 되었다”며 “자발적으로 방역 활동에 참여해준 대원들에게 감사드린다”고 말했다.
