【브레이크뉴스 울진】박영재 기자=한국수력원자력(주) 한울원자력본부(이하 한울본부)는 지난달30일 박범수 신임 본부장이 취임하여 공식 업무를 시작했다고 밝혔다. 코로나19 확산 예방 등 여건을 감안하여 취임식은 생략했다.

박범수 본부장은 ‘안전한 원자력, 공존의 공동체 한울원자력본부’구현을 위해 “기본과 원칙을 바탕으로 원전안전운영을 하여 국민의 신뢰를 쌓고, 진정성을 갖고 노사가 서로 힘을 합쳐 이해관계자와 협력하자”고 전했다. 또한 상호신뢰를 다지며 도전적인 마인드로 함께 발전을 향해 나아갈 것을 당부했다.

박범수 본부장은 1982년 한국전력공사에 입사해 16년간 발전운전직무를 맡았으며, 이후 홍보실 언론홍보팀 부장, 기획처 전력거래팀장 등의 보직을 수행했다. 2015년 한울본부 부임 이후에는 신한울제1발전소장과 제2발전소장을 역임하며 신한울1, 2호기 시운전과 한울3, 4호기 안전운영을 진두지휘해왔다.

한국수력원자력(주)은 또한 한울본부 처·소장급 주요간부에 대한 보직 인사를 아래와 같이 단행했다.

Bum-soo Park, head of the headquarters, joined KEPCO in 1982 and took over 16 years of power generation and operation, and later served as head of the press and public relations team of the PR office and the power trading team of the planning department. Since the appointment of Hanul Headquarters in 2015, he has served as the head of Shinhanul Power Plant 1 and Power Plant 2, leading the commissioning of Shin Hanul Units 1 and 2 and safety operation of Hanul Units 3 and 4.
