경산지식산업지구 혁신생태계 지식포럼 열려

【브레이크뉴스 경북 경산】이성현 기자=대구경북경제자유구역청은(청장 최삼룡, 이하 대경경자청)지난 2일 경일대학교에서‘경산지식산업지구 혁신 생태계 지식포럼’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

대구경북경제자유구역청‘2020 DGFEZ 혁신포럼’과 연계해 열리는 이번 포럼은 경산지식산업지구(경산시 하양읍, 와촌면 소재 경제자유구역)의 지속가능한 혁신성장 전략 모색을 위해 마련됐다.

 

본 포럼은 “경제자유구역 혁신의 씨앗, 경산지식 혁신생태계!”라는 주제 아래, 경산지구 산학협력 업무협약식을 시작으로 2019년 출범한 경산지식산업지구혁신생태계협의회(이하 혁신협의회) 회의, 경일대 자율주행 셔틀버스 시승및 자동차부품시험지역혁신센터 등 산학협력 현장 견학으로 진행됐다.

 

업무협약식에서는 대경경자청, (사)경산지식산업지구 CEO협회, (사)경북경산산학융합원, 경일대학교, 대구가톨릭대학교, 호산대학교, 금호공업고등학교, 대구일마이스터고등학교, 무학고등학교 등 9개 기관이 함께 산학협력업무협약을 체결했다.

 

산학협력 업무협약은 경산지구 기업을 위한 전문인력양성 프로그램 운영, 청년취업 촉진지원, 산․학 공동 장비활용 및 기술교류, 기술개발 등에 관한협력을 주된 내용으로 한다.

 

이번 협약을 계기로 인재 선발부터 기술훈련, 인턴십, 채용까지 기업·고교·대학이 연계되면 지역 내 청년 취업이 촉진, 현장에서 우수인력이 채용되고,기업과 대학의 공동연구, 기술개발 추진으로 기업의 기술경쟁력이 강화될 것으로 기대된다.

 

이어서 혁신협의회 회의에서는 경산지식 혁신생태계의 그간의 성과 및 향후계획에 대해 공유하고, 협의회 회원 14개 기관의 역할과 상호협력방안에 대해 논의했다.

 

참고로, 경산지구 혁신협의회는 대경경자청, 경상북도, 경산시, 연구기관(경북TP, 무선전력전송센터, 첨단소재융합기술연구소,철도차량융합부품기술센터, 한국생산기술연구원 건설기계기술센터), 인근 대학교(경일대학교, 대구가톨릭대학교, 호산대학교), 경산상공회의소, (사)경산지식산업지구 CEO협회, ㈜경산지식산업개발 등으로 구성되었으며, 2019년 전국9개 경제자유구역 가운데 최초로출범, 운영된 혁신생태계협의회로서 2019년 경제자유구역 평가에서 우수사례로 선정되기도 하였다. 2021년에는 산업부 경제자유구역기획단이 추진 중인 혁신클러스터 기반조성, 기업비즈니스 역량강화 사업에 대해 적극적으로 대응해 나갈 예정이다.

 

이후 혁신협의회 회원들은 국내 대학 가운데 최초로 소형버스 자율주행 임시면허를 취득한 경일대학교의 자율주행 셔틀버스를 시승하고, KOLAS 국제공인시험기관인 자동차부품시험지역혁신센터를 방문하여 첨단시험장비,운용현황 등을 살펴보고, 향후 협의회 기관 간 공동 장비 활용 및 기술교류방안에 대해 모색했다.

 

최삼룡 청장은 “제조업 위기, 지방인구소멸로 지역경제가 매우 어려운 시기에 이번 산학협력 업무협약으로 지역에서 우수 인재가 양성되고, 지역에서일자리가 창출되어, 기업이 살고, 청년이 살고, 지역사회가 사는 계기가 되기를 바란다.”라며, “앞으로 경산지구 혁신생태계협의회는 경산지식산업지구가 지역 내 신산업 거점으로 혁신성장하는 밑거름이 되도록 다 같이 협력해 나가겠다.”라고 전했다.
