코로나19로 인한 비대면 면접 증가로 ‘면접 이미지’가 중요해지면서 대구대는 학생들이 자신감을 갖고 채용 면접에 임할 수 있도록 의상, 헤어, 메이크업 등 이미지메이킹 방법에 대한 체계적인 교육을 실시했다.

또한 간호, 행정, 영업 등 직군별 선호 이미지 연출과 참가 학생 개별 이미지메이킹 코칭을 통해 맞춤형 교육을 진행했다.

이와 함께 지난 11월에는 여대생 커리어 개발을 위한 프로그램도 함께 운영했다. 참가 학생들은 여대생이 선호하는 커리어 탐색과 설계 방법, 전공과 직무 분석법, 커리어맵 설계 및 실천방법 등에 대한 교육을 받았다.

이 프로그램에 참여한 이나경 학생(문헌정보학과 2학년)은 “여대생으로 대상을 한정하고 이미지메이킹이나 커리어 개발 등으로 목표를 세분화해 교육이 진행돼 좋았다”면서 “저학년이지만 앞으로 미리미리 취업을 준비할 수 있도록 더 다양한 프로그램에 참여하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 대구대 진로취업처는 시대 변화와 학생들의 요구에 맞는 맞춤형 취업 프로그램을 적극 개발해 운영하고 있다.
