이번에 신설된 ‘경영직불팀’은대구·경북 30만 1천 ‘농업 경영체’ 정보를 상시 관리하며, ‘공익직불제’ 참여 농업인 준수사항 이행여부 점검과 직불금 부정수급 조사업무를 전담하게 된다.

‘농업경영체’ 정보는 효율적인 농림 정책사업 지원을 위한 기초자료로 제공되며, 농업인(농업법인)이 농업경영체를 신규 등록하거나 등록정보를변경한 사항에 대해서 현지 조사*와 공공정보검증등의 확인을 통해정확도를 높여 나가고 있다.

‘공익직불제’의 농업인 준수사항 이행여부는▲농지의 형상·기능 유지, ▲ 영농폐기물 수거 및 적정처리, ▲ 영농일지 기록·보관등을 매년현장 점검하게 된다.

또한, 직불금의 투명한 관리를 위해 부정수급전담 조사반을 편성하여 기획단속을 실시하는 한편, 생산자·소비자단체로 구성된 ‘공익직불제명예감시원’(199명)을 활용하여 민간 자율감시 기능도 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
