아림1004운동은 실재 위기 상황을 겪고 있지만 기존의 사회복지제도에서 서류상으로 규명할 수 없는 이런저런 이유로 복지혜택을 받지 못하는 가정에 “아림1004운동”으로 모금한 기금에서 도움을 줌으로써 군민이 빈곤층으로 전략하는 것을 미연에 방지하고, 기부문화 확산을 통해 이웃과 사랑을 나누는 따뜻한 사회를 가꾸는 거창군만의 복지제도이다.

2020년 12월 23일 거창군청에서 진행되는 아림1004기부는 거창지역문화행사 ‘슬기로운 한방생활’을 주최한 대구한의대학교, 농업법인 (주)거창한파머스, 한방화장품회사 (주)하늘호수, 거창문화재단 소속 두나미스와 함께 진행됐다.

대구한의대학교 노인복지학과 최지웅(20)학생은 “비록 적은 돈으로 보일지 몰라도 열심히 모은 기부금이니 꼭 필요한 분들께 사용되었으면 하며 이웃민들에게 도움을 드릴 수 있어 기쁘다.”고 말했다.

거창군수 구인모 군수는“학생들의 시점에서 진행되는 행사라는 점에서 색다르며 더욱 다양한 문화를 향유 시킬 수 있을 것 같다. 앞으로 선한 영향력의 행사가 정기적으로 개최되었으면 한다.”라며 거창군-대구한의대학교의 정기적인 행사 개최에 대한 의지를 표했다.
