이날도, 각계각층의 기부가 이어졌다. 구미농협(조합장 김영태) 여성대학 총동창회(회장 강정미)에서 620만원 상당의 쌀을 후원하여 취약계층과 사회복지시설에 전달될 예정이다.
성금 기부도 이어져 (주)공간토목엔지니어링(대표 서영욱)에서 성금 500만원, (주)금호테크닉스(대표 임춘기)에서 성금 300만원, 바르게살기운동 구미시여성회(회장 박정숙)에서도 성금 100만원을 기탁하였다.
또한, 시민 모두가 힘든 날을 보내고 있지만 나보다 더 어려운 이웃을 생각하는 소액기부자도 지난해보다 증가하여 사랑의 온도를 높이는데 많은 힘을 보탰다.
