천병호 포항지역건축사회 회장은 “다양한 건축행사들은포항시민의 삶과 도시를 바꾸는 초석으로서 그 위상과 역할이 매우 중요하다”며 “소통할 수 있는 다양한 행사에 대한 아이디어를 발굴할 수 있도록 회원들과 머리를 맞대어 노력해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
포항시 박상구 건축과장은 “포항과 우리시민들의 삶을 변화시키는 건축정책들은 시민의 참여와 민관협력이 요구되므로 지역건축사회와 동반자적 협력관계를 유지해 지속가능한 건축정책을 펼치겠다”고 말했다.
