2일 예천군에 따르면 지난 26일 군청 중회의실에서 김학동 예천군수를 비롯한 정연희㈜송암개발 대표이사, 관계자, 실‧과‧단‧소장 등이 참석한 가운데 삼강문화단지 민자 시설 건립을 위한 협약을 체결했다.

이날 ㈜송암개발 관계자 투자 계획 설명과 함께 실시 협약서에 서명을했으며 투자 규모는 30억 원 정도로 삼강문화단지 내 3,035㎡ 부지지상 2층 한옥형 건축물로 연면적 3,366㎡ 정도 상가와 숙박시설을 건립할계획이다.

군은 이번 협약으로 삼강문화단지를 체류형 관광지로 전화하는 계기를마련해 지역 경기 활성화와 일자리 창출, 세수 증대 등 막대한 경제적효과를 낼 것으로 기대하고 있다.

㈜송암개발은 출향 기업가인 정재송 ㈜제이스텍 대표가 풍양면에특별히설립한 법인으로 레저 산업 개발, 관광 숙박 시설‧운영을 하고 있으며 ㈜제이스텍은 1995년 설립돼 2007년 코스닥 상장 이후 국내 반도체 분야와디스플레이 분야 발전과 첨단 기술 개발에 기여하는 등2017년 ‘무역의날 5억불 수출 탑’ 성과를 달성한 글로벌 기업이다.
