경북 청도가 고향인 양정배전무이사는 약 40년간 경상북도 공직에 몸담으며, 경상북도 도청신도시본부장, 건설도시국장 및 영주 부시장을 역임했다.

이날 취임식 대신 업무회의로 취임 첫날 업무를 시작한 양 전무이사는 “지난 9일 앞서 취임한 이재혁 사장과 함께 경북지역의 균형발전에 앞장서 도민에게 사랑받는 공사로 거듭나겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
