중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부)는 2014년부터 근로자에 대한 투자를 통해 생산성과 수익성을 향상시키고 그 성과를 보상·공유해 근로자와 함께성장해 나가는 중소기업을 발굴해 ‘인재육성형 중소기업’으로 지정해 현재까지 총1,609개사가 지정됐으며, 올해 280개사 내외를 추가 지정할 계획이다.

신청대상은 일반유흥주점업 등을 제외한 모든 중소기업이며, 특히 올해는 일반 국민이 인재육성 우수기업을 추천하는 ‘국민 추천제’를 신규 도입한다.

‘국민 추천제’를 통한 추천은 중기부 누리집내 ‘정책 → 국민추천 → 인재육성형 중소기업’에 접속해 인재를 육성·투자하는 우수 중소기업을 3월 22일부터 4월 9일까지 국민이 추천하면 된다.

선정절차는 서면·현장평가와 심의위원회를 걸쳐 인재육성형 중소기업으로 선정한다.

서면평가는 중소벤처기업진흥공단에서 매출액 증가율, 총자산이익률 등 정량평가를 실시해 현장평가 대상을 선정하고, 현장평가는 최고경영자의 인재육성 의지와 교육훈련 인프라 등을 평가한다.

서면‧현장평가 점수를 합이 일정점수(70점) 이상인 기업을 대상으로 심의위원회에서 ‘인재육성형 중소기업’을 지정한다.

최종 지정된 기업은 지정서와 현판 제공, 워크넷의 인재육성형 전용채용관 입점 지원, 인재육성 우수 사례집 등을 활용한 온‧오프라인 홍보를 제공할 예정이다.

또한, 중소기업 일자리 평가 5점 가점부여, 일자리 창출 촉진 자금 신청, 병역지정업체 선정평가 시 2점 우대, 중소벤처기업진흥공단 연수사업 참여 시 연수비용 50%할인 등의 혜택이 제공된다.

‘인재육성형 중소기업’ 지정을 희망하는 기업은 4월 16일까지 중소기업인력지원사업 종합관리시스템에서 기업 회원으로 가입한 뒤 온라인을 통해 신청서와 관련 서류를 제출하면 된다.
