전국 대부분의 지역에서 내년에 정권을 바꾸어야 한다는 의견이 정권을 연장해야 하다는 의견보다 높게 나타났다. 

 

한국사회여론연구소가 TBS의 의뢰로 10월 8일과 9일 양일간 전국 만 18세 이상 성인남녀 1,002명을 대상으로 실시한 조사에서 ‘정권 교체’에 대한 국민 인식이 ‘정권 재창출’보다 높게 나타났다. 

 

구체적으로는 ‘정권 교체를 위해 야권 후보가 당선되어야 한다‘는 의견이 51.5%로 ’정권 제창출을 위해 여당 후보가 당선되어야 한다‘는 의견 39.7%보다 11.8% 높았다. 

 

특히 여성보다 남성층에서 정권을 교체해야 한다는 비율이 훨씬 높았다. 이 조사에서 남성은 56.7%, 여성은 46.3%를 나타냈다.
