나기보 경북도의원은 김천시장 출마를 위해 사직서를 제출한 가운데 본격적인 활동에 나선다고 밝혔다.
지난 10일 오후 경상북도의회의원 사직서를 경상북도의회에 제출하고 최종 의원사직이 처리된 나기보 의원은 김천시장 출마에 나선다는 소식을 전했다.
나기보 의원은 “경북도정에 대한 풍부한 지식과 의정활동 경험을 바탕으로 김천을 시민중심 행복 김천의 미래를 열고, 지역사회에 대한 더 큰 봉사를 위해 지역민의 지지에 성원에 힘입어 김천시장에 출마하기로 결심했다.”고 밝혔다.
오는 6월 1일 치러질 제8회 전국동시 지방선거에 김천시장으로 출마를 선언한 나기보 전 경상북도의회의원은 3선 도의원으로서 예산결산특별위원장, 농수산위원장 등을 역임했다.
