【브레이크뉴스 대구】박은정 기자= 대구소방안전본부(본부장 정남구) 종합상황실은 119신고 접수 친절도 향상을 위해 오는 24일까지 전체 상황요원을 대상으로 특별 교육을 실시한다고 21일 밝혔다.
대구소방에 따르면 2022년 5월 말 기준 119종합상황실에 접수되는 신고 건수는 213,998건으로 하루 평균 1,417건, 1분에 1번 꼴이다.
특별교육은 수많은 119신고를 처리하는 과정에서 어려움에 처한 시민 목소리를 단 한 건도 놓치지 않고, 그들과 공감하는 소방서비스를 제공하기 위하여 전문 강사를 초빙해 상황요원 친절도 향상 교육을 진행한다.
특히 올해는 상황요원 개인별로 119신고 전화 녹취록 분석을 통해 신고 접수 시 친절한 전화 응대요령과 질문 방법, 목소리 억양 등을 종합적으로 개선해 신고자와의 공감도를 높이고, 정확한 정보를 얻어내 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 대응한다는 방침이다.
우상호 대구소방안전본부 119종합상황실장은 “이번 교육을 통해 상황요원의 신고 접수 서비스 품질이 높아질 것으로 기대한다”며 “빈틈없는 안전망을 구축해 언제 어디서든 시민 여러분의 생명과 재산 보호를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
