【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=계명대(총장. 신일희)가 ‘2022 학생 창업유망팀 300’ 경진대회에서 교육트랙부문 대경권 최다팀을 배출했다는 소식을 전했다.

2022 학생 창업유망팀 300 경진대회는 교육부와 과학기술정보통신부가 주최하고 한국연구재단과 한국청년기업가정신재단이 주관하는 국내 최대 규모의 학생창업 경진대회이다.

올해 2022 학생 창업유망팀 300 경진대회는 ‘도약트랙’, ‘성장트랙’, ‘교육트랙’ 등 3부문으로 진행되는 가운데 계명대 창업동아리는 교육트랙 부문에서 2팀이 선발됐다.

‘교육트랙’ 부문은  일반창업 아이디어 또는 지역문제 해결 아이디어를 보유한 전국 예비학생 창업 팀 중 온라인 서류심사와 사업계획서 및 발표를 통해 최종 50개 팀을 선발했다.

이를 통해 선발된 팀은 창업교육, 온라인 모의투자대회, 창업기초 및 성장교육 그리고 11월 2일부터 진행되는 ‘산학협력 EXPO’ 데모데이에 참여기회를 제공받는다.

계명대 이유정(경영학) 학생과 김예진(국제통상학), 이지윤 (생명과학) 학생으로 구성된 ‘Oh! soap팀’은 ‘굴 껍데기의 탄산칼슘을 이용한 세정력이 높은 비누’ 의 아이템으로 선발되었다. 

팀장을 맡은 이유정 학생은 “평소 버려지는 굴 껍데기에 대한 환경오염과 처리비용에 대해 관심이 많았는데, 이번 경진대회를 계기로 환경문제 해결과 더불어 창업까지 이어지기를 희망한다.”고 말했다

계명대 김일기(경영학) 학생과 배중훈(경영학), 이석준(전기에너지공학), 송예진(광고홍보학), 김가을(경영학) 학생으로 구성된   ‘어! 수선팀’은 ‘스마트한 수선 중개플랫폼’아이템으로 선발되었다.

팀장을 맡은 김일기 학생은 “이번 경진대회를 준비하면서 매일 새벽 늦게까지 지도교수와 팀원들과 회의를 했으며, 노후화된 수선업체 시스템의 디지털화를 통해 동반성장을 목표로 아이디어를 강구하게 되었다.”고 말했다

김병국 창업교육센터장은 “계명대는 1988년 지역 최초 창업보육센터 지정을 받았고, 창업대학원, 창업교육센터, 창업지원단 설치 등 대학내 창업교육 및 보육인프라가 잘 갖추어져 있다. 매년 4,500여명의 학생이 기업가정신 교육을 이수하고 있으며, 많은 창업가를 배출하고 있다. 앞으로도 신기술과 글로벌시대에 맞는 혁신창업가를 양성하기 위해 산학연 공유와 협업을 기반으로 교과 및 비교과과정을 운영할 계획이다.” 라고 말했다.

Keimyung University (President: Shin Il-hee) announced that it had produced the most teams in the Daegyeong region in the education track sector in the ‘2022 Student Entrepreneurship Team 300’ contest.

The 2022 Student Entrepreneurship Promising Team 300 Contest is the largest student start-up competition in Korea, hosted by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the National Research Foundation of Korea and the Korea Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation.

This year, the 2022 Student Entrepreneurship Team 300 Contest will be held in three categories: ‘Leap Track’, ‘Growth Track’, and ‘Education Track’.

In the 'education track' section, the final 50 teams were selected through online document screening, business plans and presentations among national start-up teams for prospective students with general start-up ideas or local problem-solving ideas.

Teams selected through this process are provided with opportunities to participate in start-up education, online mock investment contest, start-up basics and growth education, and the ‘Industry-University Cooperation EXPO’ demo day, which will be held from November 2nd.

‘Oh! The soap team’ was selected as the item for ‘Soap with high cleaning power using calcium carbonate from oyster shells’.

Student Lee Yoo-jeong, who is in charge of the team, said, “I was very interested in the environmental pollution and disposal costs of oyster shells that are usually thrown away.

‘Uh! The repair team’ was selected as the ‘smart repair brokerage platform’ item.

Student Il-gi Kim, who served as the team leader, said, “While preparing for this competition, I had meetings with my advisor and team members until late in the morning every day, and came up with ideas for mutual growth through the digitalization of the aging repair company system.”

Kim Byeong-guk, head of the Startup Education Center, said, “Kymyung University was designated as the first business incubator in the region in 1988. Every year, about 4,500 students complete entrepreneurship education, producing many entrepreneurs. In the future, we plan to operate curriculum and non-curricular courses based on industry-university-research sharing and collaboration to nurture innovative entrepreneurs suitable for new technologies and the global era.” said
