경상북도는 8일 도청 행정부지사실에서‘2022 혁신 및 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회’시상식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이 대회는 도민이 체감할 수 있는 우수사례를 발굴해 혁신 및 적극행정 문화를 공유·확산을 유도하기 위한 취지로 매년 열고 있으며 올해는 접수된 혁신·적극행정 분야 75건의 사례 중 민간 전문가의 서면심사와 인터넷 국민심사(ON국민소통)의 예선을 거쳐 혁신 부문 10건, 적극행정 부문 10건이 본선에 진출했다.

예선을 통과한 20건 사례담당자의 현장발표에 대한 전문가 심사결과와 예선심사 결과를 합산해 혁신 부문은 영천시, 적극행정 부문은 경주시가 대상을, 최우수상은 혁신 부문 포항시, 경북문화관광공사, 적극행정 부문 포항ㆍ구미시가 각각 차지했다.

혁신부문 대상을 수상한 영천시는 ‘차량 부착식 공간자유형 다목적 작업대 개발·특허출원’을 통해 소형1톤 트럭에 부착된 다목적 로봇작업대를 이용하는 경우 제초작업 등에서 안전사고를 예방하고 작업시간 단축으로 예산절감에 기여하는 점이 심사위원들의 좋은 평가를 받았다.

또 적극행정 부문 대상을 받은 경주시는 국내 최초‘지하수 활용 열교환 시스템’을 개발해봄철 서리 내리는 날의 기상을 분석해 비용이 적게 들고 편리한 범용 지하수를 활용한 서리피해 방지시스템 및 살포 프로그램 개발·보급으로 농가 숙원을 해결한 점이 우수한 평가를 받았다.

김학홍 경북도 행정부지사는 “변화와 혁신의 시대에 높아진 도민의 눈높이를 맞추기 위해서는 관습에 얽매여서는 안 된다”며, “앞으로 도민이 체감할 수 있는 혁신 및 적극행정 우수사례를 확산·공유하고, 혁신과 적극행정이 공직사회 조직문화로 정착될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
