여섯째, 차이가 차별로 이어지지 않는,행복공동체를 만들어 가겠습니다. 촘촘한 복지안전망 구축으로 한사람도 소외되지 않고 안정된 삶을 향유하는 ‘지켜주는 복지도시’를 실현하겠습니다.
현장 중심의 복지사각지대 위기가구 발굴,나보다 어려운 이웃을 돌보는 사회 분위기 확산과 더불어 육아종합지원센터부터 청소년수련관,자인노인복지관까지 연령별 복지서비스 거점을 조성하여 우리 아이들의 건강, 청소년의 소중한 꿈, 어르신의 활기찬 노후를 지켜내겠습니다.
