【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=김정재 의원(포항 북구, 국민의힘)이 ‘정부 부동산 정책’이라는 주제로 여론조사 전문기관(더 리서치)에 의뢰해 여론조사를 실시한 결과 국민 절반 가까이가 문재인정부의 부동산 정책은 실패했다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다고 4일 밝혔다.

 조사 결과 ‘문재인정부의 부동산 정책에 대해 어떻게 평가하십니까?’라는 질문에‘실패’라고 답한 응답자는 47.5%로 나타난 반면, ‘성공’이라고 답변한 응답자는 21.8%에 불과했다. ‘어느 쪽도 아님’을 선택한 응답자는 26.1%로 나타났다.

 

특히 30대(52.2%)와 50대(56.2%), 60대(60.2%)에서 ‘실패’했다는 평가가 가장 높아 자산을 불려나가는 시기인 30대 ‘영끌족’과 인생 2막을 준비하는 50~60대 들의 정책 불만족이 높았던 것으로 나타났다. 반면 20대는 39.5%가 ‘성공’이라고 답변했다.

 

성별로는 ‘성공’이라고 답변한 남성이 28.9%, 여성은 14.8% 였고, ‘실패’라고 답변한 남성은 48.7%, 여성은 46.3%를 기록했다.

  

이어 ‘문재인 정부의 부동산 정책 중 가장 성공한 정책은 무엇이라고 생각하십니까?’라는 질문에는 ‘신도시 계획’이 29.3%, ‘LTV 규제’가 25.0%, ‘종합부동산세 확대’는 19.3%, ‘임대차 3법’은 13.4%가 답변한 것으로 나타났다.

 

연령별로 20대는 ‘신도시 계획’을 가장 성공한 정책(32.4%)으로 꼽았고, 30~40대는 ‘LTV 규제(각각 35.4%, 26.4%)’를, 50~60대는 ‘신도시 계획(각각 32.5%, 34.0%)’을 선택했다.

 

성별로는 남성의 32.5%가 ‘신도시 계획’을 가장 성공한 정책으로 꼽았고, 여성은 26.4%가 ‘LTV 규제’를 꼽았다.

 

이어 ‘문재인 정부의 부동산 정책 중 가장 실패한 정책은 무엇이라고 생각하십니까?’ 라는 질문에 42.0%가 ‘LTV 규제’를 꼽았고, ‘임대차 3법’이 19.7%, ‘종합부동산세 확대’17.1%, ‘신도시 계획’은 14.2%로 나타났다.

  

연령별로 살펴보면 전 연령대에 걸쳐 ‘LTV 규제’를 가장 실패한 정책으로 평가했고, 성별로도 남성 43.3%, 여성 40.7%가 대출 관련 정책을 가장 실패한 정책으로 꼽았다.

  

한편, ‘현재 부동산 세금 정책에 대해 어떻게 평가하십니까?’ 라는 질문에 46.0%가 ‘완화’를 꼽았고, ‘현행유지’ 24.9%, ‘강화’는 21.7%로 나타났다.

  

연령별로는 30대 53.9%, 40대 42.0%, 50대 49.2%, 60대 63.7%로 ‘완화’를 꼽아 20대를 제외한(완화 28.0%, 현행유지 32.9%) 전 연령층에서 ‘완화’를 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 성별로도 남성 45.7%, 여성 46.2%로 ‘완화’를 최우선으로 뽑았다.

  

이어 ‘윤석열 정부가 어떤 부동산 정책을 가장 시급하게 펼쳐야 한다고 생각하십니까’라는 질문에 응답자의 38.1%는 ‘대출 규제’완화로 답변했고, ‘신도시 등 공급확대’ 22.4%, ‘임대차 3법 개정’17.9%, 부동산 세금개편 11.7% 순으로 나타났다.

  

연령별로는 60대를 제외한 전 연령에서 ‘대출 규제 완화’가 가장 시급한 부동산 정책으로 꼽았고, 60대는 ‘부동산 세금 개편’이 가장 시급하다고 답변했다.

 

남성과 여성의 차이도 크지 않아 ‘대출 규제 완화’가 필요하다고 답변한 남성이 37.8%, 여성이 38.4%로 나타났다.

  

마지막으로 ‘우리나라 부동산 시장에 대해 어떻게 전망하십니까?’라는 질문에 47.5%가 ‘가격하락’을 예상했고, ‘가격상승’26.1%, ‘현재 유지’21.8% 순으로 답변했다.

 

부동산 시장 가격이 하락할 것이라는 것은 전 연령층에서도 동일하게 전망했고, 남성(48.7%)과 여성(46.3%) 사이에 인식도 동일한 것으로 나타났다.

  

김정재 의원은 이번 여론조사와 관련해“국민 절반 가까이 문재인정권의 부동산 정책에 대한 냉정한 평가이며 낙제점을 준 것”이라며, “윤석열 정부는 이를 반면교사 삼아 서민경제의 근간인 집값을 안정시키는데 최선을 다해야 한다”고 밝혔다.

 

이번 조사는 김정재 의원이 여론조사 전문기관(더 리서치)에 의뢰해 12월 18일부터 21일까지 전국 성인 남녀 2,001명을 대상으로 이뤄졌다. 구조화된 질문지를 이용한 ARS 자동응답 여론조사 방식을 활용했으며 표본 오차는 95% 신뢰 수준에서 ±3.1%포인트다.
