【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=국립금오공과대학교(총장 곽호상)가 4일, 중소벤처기업부 시행 ‘2023년 맞춤형 기술파트너 지원사업’의 주관기관 선정 소식을 알렸다.

‘맞춤형 기술파트너 지원사업’은 대학 및 정부출연 연구기관의 기술전문가를 활용해 중소기업의 기술애로 사항을 해결하고, R&D 역량을 제고할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.

올해 중소벤처기업부는 금오공대를 비롯한 총 9개의 권역별 공학컨설팅센터를 선정했다. 이 가운데 대구·경북권역 주관기관으로 선정된 금오공대 중소기업공학컨설팅센터(센터장 이영실)는 오는 2024년까지 2년 간 대구·경북지역 권역센터로써 지역 기업의 기술력 향상 및 애로기술 해결 등을 위해 매칭 기업과 협업을 진행할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

금오공대 중소기업 공학컨설팅센터는 지난 2017년도부터 해당 사업에 지속적으로 선정되어 현재까지 163개 중소기업의 애로 기술 해결을 지원해 왔다. 

이를 바탕으로 2022 전국 권역별 공학컨설팅센터 운영기관 평가에서 전국 2위에 오르며 우수기관으로 선정되었고 지역 중소기업 성장과 기술력 향상에 기여한 점을 인정받았다.

이영실 중소기업공학컨설팅센터장은 “애로기술이 필요한 지역 기업과 대학의 우수한 기술 전문가를 매칭하여 기업 기술 경쟁력 강화와 발전을 위해 지속적으로 노력할 것”이라며, “대학과 기업이 상생하여 실질적인 성과를 창출하고, 관련 산학협력을 위한 생태계가 활성화되도록 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.

The Small and Medium Business Engineering Consulting Center of Kumoh Institute of Technology has been continuously selected for the project since 2017 and has supported 163 small and medium-sized enterprises to solve technical difficulties.

Based on this, it was selected as an excellent institution by ranking second in the nation in the 2022 national engineering consulting center operating institution evaluation, and was recognized for contributing to the growth of local SMEs and improvement of technology.
