【브레이크뉴스 문경】이성현 기자=코로나19 팬데믹 사태 이후 4년 만에 전면 오프라인 행사로 진행되는 2023 경북 문경찻사발축제가 ‘찻사발을 원하다! 문경에서 픽하다!’라는 기치 아래 오는 4월 29일부터 5월 7일까지 9일간 문경새재 오픈세트장 일원에서 개최된다.

문경시에 따르면 올해 25회째를 맞이하는 문경찻사발축제는 문경찻사발축제의 재도약을 알리고, 찻사발이 지닌 생활자기로서의 본질적 가치를 담아 ‘새롭게, 재밌게, 멋있는 축제’를 관람객에 선보일 예정이다.

특히 축제 25주년을 기념한 전시행사와 생활도자기 활성화 방안을 위한 국제세미나 개최, 한·중·일 찻사발 국제교류전, 전국찻사발공모대전 등을 통해 풍성한 볼거리를 제공하고 사기장의 하루, 다례시연, 전국발물레경진대회, 전국다례투다대회 등 소통형 참여 프로그램으로 찻사발의 관심을 증대시키는 계기가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

또 이번 축제는 아직 끝나지 않은 코로나19 유행에 대비해 개인 찻잔을 활용한 다례체험과 휴대용 소독기 배부 등 관람객의 건강과 위생을 최우선 과제로 생각하고 이에 걸맞은 프로그램 구성과 운영에 중점을 두어 보다 안전한 축제가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다해 준비할 예정이다.

이외에도 관람객의 안전과 휴식을 위한 공간을 확대하고 황금 찻사발 찾기, 글로벌스타 월담 스토리, 찻퀴즈 온더블럭, 명품 및 생활 자기 경매, 취향 발견 다례체험, 차담이 인생네컷 등 관람객의 세대별 연령별 맞춤형 프로그램을 대거 구성하여 가족, 연인들이 색다른 체험을 할 수 있도록 준비하고 있다.
