【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국사학진흥재단(이사장 홍덕률, 이하 ‘KASFO‘)이 대구경북의 지역인재를 포함 신입직원 11명을 임용했다고 3일 밝혔다.

KASFO는 지난 5월부터 필기전형과 면접을 통해 진행된 두 차례의 공개채용을 통해 11명의 신입직원을 선발했다.

KASFO는 정규직 5명(행정직 4명, 전산직 1명), 무기계약직 1명(회계사 1명), 기간계약직 5명(경력 1명, 육아휴직대체 4명) 등의 신입직원들을 대상으로 2주간의 교육을 실시할 예정이라고 전했다.

이들은 교육을 통해 KASFO의 주요사업과 사립대학에 대한 전반적인 이해와 사학기관 지원을 위한 역량을 강화할 예정이다.

최근 5년간, KASFO 지역인재 채용 비율은 64.5%로 혁신도시 조성 및 발전에 관한 특별법에서 명시하고 있는 이전공공기관 지역인재 채용목표제 30%보다 훨씬 높은 수준으로 준수하고 있는 것이 확인되었다.

KASFO 인사 담당자는 “지역의 우수한 인재들이 많이 유입되면서 기관이 대구에 안정적으로 정착할 수 있게 되었다.”면서 “앞으로도 청년인턴, 일경험 수련생 등을 통해 폭넓게 지역인재 육성을 지원해 나갈 계획”이라고 말했다.

KASFO 홍덕률 이사장은 “신입직원이 사학기관 지원을 위한 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 기관차원의 교육 등 아낌없는 지원을 제공할 계획”이라면서 “앞으로도 지역발전을 위해 공공기관으로서 지역인재 육성을 위한 지원 방안을 지자체와 함께 모색해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
