지난 16일 지역의 청년과 간담회를 가진 전광삼 예비후보는  "우리나라 청년들이 지식의 수준과 능력이 월등한데도 불구하고 양질의 일자리 부족과 높은 집값 등으로 인해 이러한 능력을 발휘할 기회를 충분히 제공받지 못하고 있다"며 안타까움을 토로했다.

전 예비후보는 대통령실 시민소통비서관으로 청년팀을 이끌며 윤석열 대통령의 청년공약과 정책을 이행토록 지원하는 한편 청년단체들의 활동을 뒷받침하는 등 청년들과 지속적으로 소통해왔다.
