군에 따르면 박현국 군수는 이번 방문에서 주민편익 증진 및 생활환경개선 사업으로 농어촌 마을하수도 정비사업(객들, 서벽), 감전 자연재해위험지구 정비사업 등의 국비 지원을 건의했다.

또한 민선8기 역점 시책사업으로 추진하고 있는 K-베트남 밸리 조성사업 중 콘텐츠 분야 사업인 봉화 화산이씨 문화원형 활용사업에 대한 국비 지원과 사업추진에 대한 적극적인 협조를 당부했다.

박현국 봉화군수는 “중앙 부처를 비롯한 사업추진에 연관되는 모든 기관과 긴밀한 협력관계를 구축해 우리 군 건의사업이 정부예산 편성으로 이어질 수 있도록 노력하겠으며, 국비 확보를 통해 지역경제 활성화와 주민 삶의 질 향상을 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 말했다.

한편 봉화군은 지난 1월 2025년도 국가투자예산사업 발굴보고회를 개최한 바 있으며, 본격적인 예산확보를 위해 관계부처 및 경상북도 관련 부서와 협조체계를 구축하고 국도비 확보에 행정력을 집중하고 있다.
