지난 3일 제이엠커리어 대구지사에서 청년취업 활성화를 위한 업무협약식이 열렸다.

협약을 통해 제이엠커리어 대구지사는 대학 내(대학일자리플러스센터) 국민취업지원제도 출장 상담소를 운영해 4학년 재학생들에 대한 취업상담과 경력개발, 취업알선 서비스를 제공할 것을 약속했다.

또한 제이엠커리어가 보유하고 있는 동대구역 인근 상담 공간과 기업체를 활용하여 졸업생에 대한 취업지원 서비스도 강화할 예정이다. 

협약은 ▶청년 일자리 창출 및 취업 지원 협력체계 구축, ▶ 취업 활성화를 위한 일경험 프로젝트 운영, ▶정부 고용지원사업 참여 활성화를 위한 상호협력, ▶기타 양 기관의 상호 발전에 필요한 제반 사항에 대한 내용이다.

김홍 대학일자리플러스센터장은“취업 유관기관과 연계한 협업을 강화해 재학생 및 미취업 졸업생들에 대한 충분한 취업지원 서비스를 제공하겠다”며 “실질적인 청년 일자리 창출 성과가 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
