29일 포항시에 따르면 이 시장 일행은 27일 연간 60만 명의 관광객들이 방문하는 오스트리아의 대표적 관광 명소인 슈피텔라우 에너지센터를 찾아 도시혐오 시설로 인식되는 쓰레기 소각장 건립 시 주민 반대 여론을 극복한 사례를 청취했다.
