고령군은 인구 3만 유지를 위해 지난해 지역특화 인구정책발굴을 위한 직원역량강화 워크숍을 진행하여 정부 및 타 지자체의 인구정책 우수사례를 심층 연구하고, 창의적이고 실효성 있는 인구정책사업 발굴에 노력했다.
