대구경실련은 “대구교통공사가 실시한 외부인사 초청 특강내역에 따르면 이만규 의장은 지난해 대구교통공사 부서별 청렴담당자를 대상으로 유사역사학의 상고사를 전파하는 내용의 특강을 세 차례 진행했다”고 밝혔다.
