‘여행을 대신해 드립니다 시즌2’는 한일 수교 60주년을 맞아 2025년 하반기 한국 방송사와 일본 NHK에서 동시 방영될 예정으로 ‘공승연’, ‘김재영’, ‘유준상’ 등의 배우가 출연한다.

전직 걸그룹 출신 리포터가 의뢰받은 여행을 대신해 주며 삶의 의미를 깨닫는 내용으로 총 10부작 중 2회분이 문경시를 배경으로 촬영되고 일반적인 드라마와는 다르게 도시명과 관광지명, 특산물이 구체적으로 설명되어 국내외 홍보 효과가 기대된다.
