28일 이만규 의장을 비롯하여 이재화·김원규 부의장 등 대구시의원들은 후반기 첫 민생현장탐방의 일환으로 수성구 삼덕동에 위치한 대구간송미술관을 방문했다.

이들은 9월 3일 개관하는 대구간송미술관 현장을 살펴보고, 12월 1일까지 진행되는 ‘여세동보(與世同寶) - 세상 함께 보배 삼아’ 개관전의 성공적인 개최를 위해 사전 점검을 진행했다.

2층 라운지 온에서 전인건 대구간송미술관장과 환담을 나누고 개관 준비 상황에 대해 보고를 받았다. 

이어 1층 전시실부터 지하 1층 전시실까지 직접 살펴보며, 준비가 미흡한 부분에 대해 조속한 보완을 당부하고 행사 준비로 바쁜 현장 근무자들을 격려했다.

이만규 의장은 “대구간송미술관이 지역을 넘어 세계로 나아가는 명품 미술관으로 자리잡을 수 있도록 운영에 최선을 다해 주길 당부한다”며, “앞으로 대구간송미술관이 지역민들에게 사랑받는 문화예술 공간으로 거듭나고 세계적인 미술관으로 발돋움할 수 있도록 아낌없이 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

They then personally inspected the exhibition halls from the 1st floor to the basement 1st floor, requested that any areas that were insufficiently prepared be supplemented as soon as possible, and encouraged the on-site workers who were busy preparing for the event.
