이에 행사 기간에 20여 개의 참여 점포에서 국내산 수산물을 사면 2만 원 한도 안에서 금액의 최대 30%를 온누리상품권으로 환급받을 수 있다.

환급 금액은 3만 4,000원 이상~6만 8,000원 미만 구매 시 1만 원, 6만 8,000원 이상 구매 시 2만 원이며, 구매 후 시장 내 환급부스를 방문해 바로 온누리상품권으로 환급할 수 있다.

다만, 이번 행사는 준비된 온누리상품권 5,200장이 모두 소진되면 조기 종료될 수 있다.

영덕군은 추석 명절 기간 전통시장을 찾는 소비자가 늘어날 것으로 보고 임시 영덕시장을 중심으로 유통되는 수산물에 대해 지속적으로 방사능 검사를 진행해 이미 안전성을 확보한 상황이다.

김광열 영덕군수는 “전통시장 수산물 할급 행사가 명절 앞둔 가계의 부담을 줄이고 전통시장엔 대목 특수를 맞이해 모두가 웃으며 명절을 맞이하길 바란다”며 전통시장 이용을 권했다.
