지난 2일 오전 10시 30분 시의회 3층 의원실에서 정책 연구용역 착수보고회가 개최됐다.

이날 참석한 소속 의원과 연구진들은 연구과제에 대해 논의하고 의견을 수렴하는 시간을 가졌다.

연구를 제안한 이재숙 의원은 “대구시는 타 광역시에 비해 관광 생태계는 미약하지만 성장 잠재력이 풍부하다”며 “변화하는 관광 환경과 관광 추세에 맞춰 대구시 기초지자체 간 연계를 통한 관광 활성화가 돼야 한다”고 말했다.
