【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구대학교는 컴퓨터정보공학부 정보보호전공 박정인 학생이 '2024 벤처스타트업 SW개발 인재 매칭 페스티벌' 에서 중소벤처기업부 장관상을 수상했다고 31일 밝혔다.

지난 28일 서울 코엑스에서는 중소벤처기업의 SW 개발 인력 미스매칭을 해결하기 위해 구직자와 기업 간 대면 면접 및 채용 기회를 제공하는 행사가 개최됐다.

대구대 박정인 학생은 학점 관리는 물론이고 높은 사업 참여도, 각종 자격증과 수상실적, 논문 게재 등 다양한 분야에 우수한 업적을 인정받아 최우수상(중기부 장관상)을 받았다.

그는 “벤처스타트업 아카데미 사업에서 운영하는 다양한 프로그램에 참여해 SW 개발 역량을 높일 수 있었고 이번 수상의 기회까지 얻게 돼 기쁘다”면서 “앞으로 우리나라 SW 산업 발전에 기여하는 개발자가 될 수 있도록 더욱 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

김순철 대구대 벤처스타트업 아카데미 사업단장은 “우리 사업단은 다양한 사업 프로그램 및 특성화 교육과정을 통해 SW분야 전문 인력을 양성해 첨단산업 기반의 지역 경제 활성화와 일자리 창출에 이바지할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
