12일 포항시에 따르면 신청 가능한 우선공급대상자는 ‘지진피해 주민’으로 읍·면·동 행정복지센터, 포항시청 지진방재사업과에서 접수할 수 있다.

포항흥해 국민임대주택은 3개 동 총 200세대로 지진피해 주민들에게 우선공급 될 세대수는 9평형(29㎡) 22세대, 12평형(37㎡) 29세대, 15평형(46㎡) 49세대 등 총 100세대다.

임대료는 주변시세의 60~80%로 계획하고 있으며, 오는 2026년 5월 입주할 예정이다.

신청 자격은 지진피해주민으로 입주자모집공고일 현재 무주택세대구성원으로 소득(3인 가구 기준) 719만 원, 총자산가액은 4억 4,850만 원 이하여야 한다.

단, 25일까지 우선 공급 신청한 경우라도 12월 예정인 입주자모집 공고 시 지정된 접수 기간에 반드시 다시 접수해야 한다.

포항시 관계자는 “흥해 특별재생계획으로 추진하고 있는 국민임대주택 건립으로 지진피해 주민의 주거 안정을 실현하고 흥해 지역 인구 유입으로 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다”며 “이번 우선공급대상자 신청접수에 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않을 것”이라고 말했다.
