【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구한의대학교가 베트남 호치민의약학대학에서 현지 전통의학과 재학생들을 대상으로 한의학 해외교육을 시행했다고 21일 밝혔다.

한의약진흥원의 지원으로 진행되는 ‘한의약 해외교육·연수 지원 사업’의 일환으로 베트남을 찾은 한의예과 이효봉 교수, 송영일 교수는 지난 8일부터 9일 양일간 호치민의약학대학 전통의학과 재학생 50여명을 대상으로 한의학 해외교육을 시행했다.

이봉효 교수는 3가지 오행침법에 대한 소개 후 사암침법을 집중적으로 실습을 병행한 강의를 진행했다.

송영일 교수는 사상체질에 따른 침구법 강의를 진행해 학생들의 관심을 모았다.

한의약 해외교육은 2025년부터 호치민의약학대학 전통의학과 정규 전공교육과정으로 편성돼 시행할 예정이다.

당 레 지아 한 학생은 “내년 졸업 및 레지던트 실습을 앞두고 2년 전 대구한의대학교를 방문해 익힌 한국의 한의학에 대해 더 깊게 배울 수 있는 기회를 가지게 되어 유익한 시간이었다”고 밝혔다. 

송영일 교수는 “우즈베키스탄에서 한국의 한의학을 알리는 사람으로서 베트남 학생들의 한의학에 대한 뜨거운 관심과 배움의 열정에 많이 놀랐다”며 “앞으로 우즈베키스탄 뿐만 아니라 베트남에도 한국의 한의학을 널리 알려 한의학의 세계화를 위해 더욱 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu University of Oriental Medicine announced on the 21st that it has conducted overseas education in Korean medicine for local traditional medicine students at Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Vietnam.

As part of the ‘Overseas Education and Training Support Project for Korean Medicine’ supported by the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine, Professors Lee Hyo-bong and Song Young-il of the Department of Oriental Medicine visited Vietnam and conducted overseas education in Korean medicine for about 50 students of the Department of Traditional Medicine at Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy for two days from the 8th to the 9th.

Professor Lee Bong-hyo introduced the three types of acupuncture and gave a lecture that focused on Saam acupuncture.

Professor Song Young-il gave a lecture on acupuncture according to Sasang constitution, drawing the attention of students.

Overseas education in Korean medicine is scheduled to be implemented as a regular specialized curriculum of the Department of Traditional Medicine at Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy starting in 2025.

One student, Dang Le Jia, said, “It was a meaningful time to have the opportunity to learn more deeply about Korean medicine, which I learned two years ago when I visited Daegu University of Oriental Medicine, ahead of my graduation and residency training next year.” Professor Song Young-il said, “As someone who promotes Korean medicine in Uzbekistan, I was very surprised by the Vietnamese students’ keen interest in and passion for learning Korean medicine,” and added, “I will work even harder to promote Korean medicine not only in Uzbekistan but also in Vietnam, and to globalize Korean medicine.”
