군민이 원하는 울진의 미래를 위한 아이디어 발굴을 위한 이번 공모에서는 △생활 인구증가 방안 및 저출생‧고령화 대책△지역경제 일자리 창출 방안 △사회복지·문화· 관광 활성화 방안△행정능률 향상을 위한 군정 전반의 개선사항 △일상 속 불편들을 해소할 수 있는생활밀착형 아이디어 등에 대한 제안공모를 진행했다.
총 34건의 아이디어가 접수되었고, 창의성, 경제성 또는 능률성,계속성, 적용범위, 노력도 등의심사기준에 근거하여 1·2차에 걸친 심사를 통해△디지털관광주민증 발급으로 관광 활성화 및 관광객 유입 증대 △울진 금강송 트레일러닝 코스 및 관광상품 개발로 스포츠마케팅 강화△왕피천공원‘Light‧Music‧Flower Park’조성 △Pet Free, Yes Dogs, With Pet Uljin(울진으로 오시개! 울진에서 놀아보개! 반려견 천국으로!) △안전한 하굣길로 학생들의 안전 확보 △어린이가 즐거운 마을(부구초등학교 삼당분교를 활용한 어린이 유학 학교 조성 및 체류형 체험활동 개발)이 선정되었다.
손병복 울진군수는“이번 제안공모에서는 문화·관광 활성화 방안,생활안전관련 등이 돋보였다”라며“군민이 제안한 참신한 아이디어를 군정에반영해 울진군만의 생활밀착형 주민공감 행정을 펼쳐 나가겠다”라고 전했다.

Uljin County Governor Son Byeong-bok said, “In this proposal contest, measures to activate culture and tourism, and those related to daily life safety stood out,” and added, “We will reflect the novel ideas suggested by the county residents in the county administration and implement an administration that is closely related to the lives of Uljin County residents.”
