【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군의료원은 지난 2일부터 인근 병원 및 상급 의료기관과의 협력체계를 강화하고, 진료 의뢰 환자에 대한 신속한 전원 및 결과 회신을 통해 최적의 의료서비스를 제공하기 위한 ‘진료협력센터’를 본격 운영 중이라고 7일 밝혔다.

울진군의료원 협력 병원 현황으로는 수도권 주요 대형 병원(5개소 / 서울대병원, 연세세브란스병원, 서울아산병원, 삼성서울병원, 서울카톨릭성모병원) 대구/경북/강원권 대학병원(6개소 / 경북대병원, 칠곡경북대병원, 영남대병원, 대구카톨릭대병원, 대구동산계명대병원, 강릉아산병원), 대구/경북권 2·3차 종합병원(7개소 / 대구파티마병원, 포항성모병원, 포항세명기독병원, 참좋은선린병원, 포항에스병원, 경주동국대병원, 안동병원)이며, ‘진료협력센터’는 의료원 본관 1층 가정의학과 옆 사무실에 위치하며, 전담 간호사배치로 인해 협력병원과의 원활한 소통이 이루어지고 있다.

또한 건강검진 및 외래진료 중 상급병원 진료가 필요한 환자에게 전원 및 진료 의뢰 (진료 예약) 업무를 신속하게 처리하여 환자들의 부담을 덜어줄 예정이다.

최근, 본원에서 진료를 받은 한 환자는“진료협력센터를 통해 삼성서울병원으로 의뢰되어 필요한 진료를 원활하게 받았다”라고 전했다.
