귀농인 농어촌진흥기금 지원사업은 농가당 50백만원 이내로 농어촌 소득증대를위한 시설 및 운영자금을 지원하며 융자조건은 운영자금은 2년 거치 3년 균분상환으로 소모성 농자재, 소형농기계, 사료구입 등이 해당되며, 시설자금은 3년 거치7년 균분상환으로 건축물, 대형농기계 구입 등이 해당된다.

2025년도 지원금액은 시‧군별 1억원으로 심사를 통해 대상자를 선정할 계획이며 신청기한은 2025년1월 22일까지 주소지 읍․면 사무소에 신청하면 된다.

신청자격은 경상북도내 농촌지역으로 전입하기 전 타 시‧도 농촌 외지역에서 농업 외 타 산업 분야에 종사하며 1년 이상 거주하다가 기준일(2025. 1. 1.)현재 농업 경영을 목적으로 우리 도에 전입한 지 5년 이내인 자(2020. 1. 1.이후 전입자)이며 나이는 만 65세 이하(1959. 1. 1.이후 출생자) 세대주로서 실제 영농에 종사하는 자이면 된다.

손병복 울진군수는“농촌인력의 고령화와 급격한 인구감소를 극복하고 농촌 활성화를 위해 많은 귀농인들이 농어촌진흥기금을 신청하여 농촌 후계 인력으로 정착하길 기대한다”고 말했다.

Applicants must have worked in a non-agricultural industry in a rural area outside of Gyeongsangbuk-do for more than 1 year and moved to our province for the purpose of agricultural management within 5 years (those who moved in after January 1, 2020) and be 65 years of age or younger (those born after January 1, 1959) and be the head of household and actually engaged in farming.
