【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군은 설 명절을 앞두고 안전하고 편안한 연휴가 될 수 있도록 군민 생활에 밀접한 분야에 대한 종합대책 추진 상황을 점검하기 위해 21일 청사 제1회의실에서 현안업무회의를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 종합대책에 따라 영덕군은 설 연휴인 오는 25~30일 동안 10개 상황근무반을 바탕으로 종합 상황 근무 60명, 당직 근무 36명, 읍·면 근무 54명 등 총 150명의 인원을 편성해 긴급 상황에 신속히 대응할 계획이다.

종합대책의 중점 추진 분야는 △재난 사고 및 감염병 예방 대책 △군민 생활 불편 적극 해소 △환경정비 대책 △물가 안정 대책 △응급 의료체계 확립 △공직기강 확립 등 총 6개 분야로, 분야별 세부 추진 계획을 수립해 추진하게 된다.

이에 영덕군은 재난·재해에 취약한 시설과 주요 관광시설을 사전 점검하고, 산불감시원의 순찰을 강화해 안전사고 예방에도 철저히 대비하게 된다.

또한, 가스공급 불편 신고센터 운영, LPG 가스 공급 권역별 순번 근무, 대중교통 혼잡 최소화, 귀성객·관광객 특별수송대책반 운영 등 군민 생활에 불편한 부분을 점검하고 해소하는 데 만전을 기할 방침이다.

이밖에 급수대책 종합상황실 운영, 쓰레기 관리 대책 수립, 복지 사각지대 저소득층과 보훈대상자 집중 지원 등 응급의료시설 지정, 24시간 응급진료체계 구축, 연휴 기간 의료기관과 지킴이 약국 운영 등의 방안을 마련해 시행한다.

김광열 영덕군수는 “임시공휴일 지정으로 설 연휴가 길어진 만큼 명절 종합대책을 빈틈없이 추진해 군민과 귀향객께서 안전하고 즐거운 명절을 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 전했다.
