대구신보는 이달 22일, 재단 본점에서 신한은행과 ‘중소기업·소상공인 금융지원을 위한 특별출연’ 업무협약을 체결했다. 이번 협약에 따라 신한은행이 대구신보에 14억원을 특별출연하고, 대구신보는 출연금의 15배인 210억원의 협약보증을 지원한다.

본 협약보증은 대구광역시 내 사업장을 둔 중소기업과 소상공인을 대상으로 보증비율(최대 100% 보증), 보증료(연 0.9% 고정) 등 우대혜택을 제공하는 내용을 담고 있다.

또한, 대구시 경영안정자금과 연계 시 1년간 최대 2.2% 이자 지원을 제공하고 있어 최근 높은 금융비용으로 자금난을 겪고 있는 중소기업 및 소상공인의 경영애로 해소에 크게 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

박진우 대구신보 이사장은 이날 협약식에서 “어려운 지역 경제를 위해 재단과 은행이 함께 힘을 모았다”라며, “이자비용 부담과 자금조달 어려움을 겪는 기업에 대한 금융지원을 확대하기 위해 은행과의 협업체계를 더욱 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
