3일 울진군에 따르면 이번 캠페인은 지난 12월 3일 울진군청 성금모금 캠페인을 시작으로 읍·면 가두모금을 통해 역대 가장뜨거운 사랑의 온도 207도를 기록하며 지역사회 나눔문화를 확산시키는 성과를 이루어냈다.

특히 지속된 불경기 속에서도 군민들의 자발적인 참여가 이어지며 울진군 전반에 기부문화가 굳건히 자리 잡았음을 다시 한번 확인할 수 있었다.

올해 캠페인을 통해 모인 성금은 경북 사회복지공동모금회를 통하여 울진군 내 취약계층 지원에 사용될 예정이다.

손병복 울진군수는“사랑의 온도 200도를 넘어 207도를 기록한 것은 울진군민들의 연대와 온정이 만들어 낸 값진 결과로써 이번 캠페인을 계기로 더 많은 군민이 나눔에 동참하고 지속적인 사회공헌이 활동이 이어지길 기대한다”며“이번 캠페인에서 모금된 성금은 도움이 필요한 어려운 이웃들에게 소중히 전달될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”라고 말했다.
