이번 점검은 학교생활기록부 필수 기재 사항 누락 또는 오류 내용 입력 방지 등을점검해 현장 교원의 책무성을 강화하고 학교생활기록부에 대한 신뢰도와 공정성을 높이기 위해 실시된다.

점검은 각 학교에서 교감을 포함한 4~5명의 점검팀을 구성해 ▲기재요령 준수 여부,▲항목별 기재 내용의 충실성, ▲정정대장 및 정정 현황 분석 등에 대해 체크리스트에의한 자체 점검을 실시하고, 담임장학사가 학교를 방문해 최종 컨설팅을 제공하는 방식으로 진행된다.

대구시교육청은 이에 앞서 3일(월), 대회의실, 행복관에서 담임장학사 50여 명, 교감 및 학교 업무담당자 198여 명 등을 대상으로 ‘중등 학교생활기록부 점검 및 관리 역량강화’연수를개최한다.
