【브레이크뉴스 고령】진예솔 기자=국민의힘 정희용 국회의원(경북 고령군·성주군·칠곡군)이 고령군과 지역 현안회의를 개최했다고 11일 밝혔다.

지난 10일 국회의원회관 제9간담회실에서 열린 회의에 참석한 정희용 의원과 이남철 고령군수, 노성환 경북도의원, 이철호 고령군의회 의장 및 군의원, 군청 실·과장 등 주요 관계자들은 지역 현안을 공유하고 주요 사업에 대한 논의했다.

고령군은 특히 ▶대구경북권 산업안전체험교육장 건립, ▶농어촌 취약지역 생활여건 개조사업, ▶‘대가야 고도’ 현안 사업 추진 등에 대한 국비 확보와 지원을 건의했다.

정희용 의원은 “청년 유입과 일자리 창출을 위해 그린바이오 산업이나 ‘대가야 고도’ 관련 사업과 같은 미래 먹거리 신산업 추진이 중요한 만큼, 지자체와 지속적으로 소통하면서 주요 사업들에 대한 전략적인 대응 방안을 마련해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

이남철 고령군수는 “2025년도를 지역 발전을 위한 변화와 개혁의 원년으로 삼고 새로운 동력을 창출하고 있다”며 “변화되는 상황들을 청사진으로 잘 완성시키고 군민의 생활 인프라 구축을 위해 철저히 준비하도록 하겠다”고 말했다.

Governor Lee Nam-cheol of Goryeong County said, “We are creating new momentum by making 2025 the first year of change and reform for regional development,” adding, “We will make thorough preparations to complete the blueprint for the changing situations and build the living infrastructure for the people of the county.”
