【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=경상북도개발공사(이하 공사, 사장 이재혁)가 봉화·포항 송도 행복주택 공가세대에 대한 입주자 및 예비입주자를 모집한다고 12일 밝혔다

입주 신청기간은 2월 17일부터 28일까지이며 등기우편으로 필요서류를 제출하면 신청 완료되며, ‘무주택 세대구성원 및 일정 소득·자산요건’2가지 조건을 모두 충족할 경우 신청 가능하다. 또한, 자격 충족 시 최대 20년까지 거주 가능하다.

현재 공가 세대로 ‘봉화 3세대(29m², 36m²), 포항 1세대(37m²)’가 있으며,이들 4세대는 당첨자 발표 후 즉시 계약 및 입주가 가능하다. 또한, 예비입주자는 지역·평형별로 10명 이상 총 60세대를 모집한다.
