【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=  대구시교육청(교육감 강은희)이 한 아이의 배움에서 성장에 이르는 3단계 학습 안정망 구축을 담은‘2025년 중등 기초·기본학력 향상 사업’추진계획을 발표했다.

 시교육청에 따르면 2025년 중등 기초·기본학력 향상 사업은 체계적이고 다각적인 기초학력 진단을 바탕으로 ▲수업 내 개별화 지원, ▲학교 내 맞춤형 지원, ▲학교 밖 전문적 지원으로 이어지는 3단계 학습 안전망 체계를 구축하여, 모든 학생의 기초학력을 보장하고 기본학력을 향상시키는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다. 

먼저, 기초학력 진단검사 및 맞춤형 학업성취도 자율평가를 통해 학습지원 대상 학생을 선별하고, 개인별 학습이력 관리를 체계화한다. 이를 바탕으로 수업 내에서 AI 디지털교과서 및 디지털 콘텐츠를 활용한 맞춤형 수업을 실천하고 학습지원대상 학생이 최소한의 성취기준에 도달할 수 있도록 지원한다. 특히, 문해력 전문가 100인을 양성해 교과 과정과 연계된 문해력 향상 교육을 강화한다.

학교 내에서는 학습지원대상학생 지원협의회를 중심으로 ▲학습지원튜터, ▲학습집중채움 프로그램, ▲두드림 프로그램 등을 운영해 학생 맞춤형 지원을 더욱 내실화한다. 

학교 밖에서는 ▲기초학력지원센터를 통한 두뇌 기반 학습클리닉, 경계선지능 학생 및 난독 학생을 위한 학습코칭과 바우처 지원을 확대하고, ▲지역 우수 대학과 연계한 학습 멘토링 등을 통해 학습 결손을 최소화하는 내용이 담겼다. 

이날 설명회에서는 ▲학생 맞춤형 기초학력 보장 지도를 위한 사업 추진 방향 및 세부 운영 내용, ▲학습 및 성장의 결정적 시기인 책임교육학년제(중1) 집중 지원 강화 ▲맞춤형 학업성취도 자율평가 시행 등이 제시됐다. 

강은희 교육감은 “학교, 가정, 지역사회가 함께 협력해 촘촘한 학습 안전망을 구축하여 모든 학생이 학습에서 소외되지 않고 자기 주도적으로 성장할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
