【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구가 청년 외식업주 위생 등급 컨설팅 지원사업 참여업소를 공개 모집한다고 13일 밝혔다.

청년 외식 업주의 경쟁력을 높이고 안전한 외식 환경을 조성하기 위한 사업의 참여업소 모집기간은 3월 9일까지다.

모집 대상은 남구 소재 일반음식점, 휴게음식점, 제과점 등 20개소이며 만 18세~39세의 청년 영업주면 누구나 신청 가능하다.

구는 사업을 통해 ▶전문가의 업소별 특성에 따른 위생수준 진단 ▶위생등급 평가기준에 따른 맞춤형 컨설팅 지원 ▶조리장 덕트 청소 일부를 지원할 방침이다.

조재구 남구청장은 “청년 외식업주들의 식품안전관리능력 향상과 안전한 외식 환경 조성의 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “컨설팅 지원을 희망하는 외식 업소의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”라고 말했다.
